In the past decade, we have completed more than $1 billion worth of student housing making us the largest builder of higher education residential housing in the Midwest and Southeast U.S. Additionally, we have put in place more than half a billion dollars worth of laboratory/research projects. We also have extensive experience with parking garages, recreation/athletic complexes, classrooms, art studios and performing arts centers.
