Messer has apprenticeship programs in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and North Carolina registered and certified through the Department of Labor. Classes are taught by subject matter experts who are certified National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) instructors.
There are two apprenticeship programs
Laborer Apprenticeship Program (LAP): two-year program certified through the Office of Veteran Affairs (VA) in North Carolina.
Carpentry Apprenticeship Program (CAP): four-year program certified through the VA in all Messer regions.
