Cara Cross

Cara joined Messer in 2014 as a learning and development specialist, advancing to now lead the Talent Services department. She supports business growth by identifying, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent—working collaboratively across the company to create strategies that maximize employee engagement and on-the-job development. 

Cara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. She is also a certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP).  

Cara serves on the board of Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank.
