James Zimmerman
Partner-in-Charge, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP (Outside Director)
James is the partner-in-charge of Taft’s Cincinnati office. He represents businesses on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions. James also serves as outside counsel for numerous companies and represents private equity and venture capital firms in fund formation and portfolio company investments.
James is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and serves on the boards of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, ArtsWave and Cincinnati Museum Center. Some of his awards and honors include being ranked as an Honoree in the Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2019), “Lawyer of the Year” Honoree, Closely Held Companies and Family Businesses Law, Best Lawyers in America (2020).
