Mike Schneider

Mike began his career with Messer as a co-op in 2002 after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering as well as a master’s degree the following year. After helping to successfully establish some of Messer’s regions in the midwest and southeast, he relocated to Raleigh, NC. Collaboration and Integrated Project Delivery Methods are core values for Mike, and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the clients he serves based on his experience in higher education, health care, industrial, and military projects.
Mike is passionate about growing future leaders in the construction industry and developing relationships with business partners in the
local community. Mike is active in his community as a board member and volunteer with the NC MWBE Coordinator’s Network and the
American Heart Association.
