Dayton Region Operations Vice President

Paul joined Messer in 2004 upon earning his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.  

He has led a variety of projects throughout his tenure in Dayton, including the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center, Bethany Lutheran Village and Wright State University Neuroscience Building. Paul also has extensive experience in military construction—serving on Messer’s Federal/Military market segment leadership team and leading multiple projects at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, including Advanced Power and Thermal Research Lab, NASIC Foreign Material Exploitation Lab, Relocation of Gate 26A and Renovation of Building 254.  

Paul serves on the board of the National Conference for Community and Justice of Greater Dayton and is on the Facilities Committee at the Dayton Art Institute.
