Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority BNA/MRO Hangar Development Project
Messer was selected based on our proposed sprint start approach to commence work and meet the airport’s aggressive schedule.
All work had to be complete by June 1st. Lean management tools were used to track subcontractor progress and ensure we met this critical deadline. Virtual Design and Construction coordination was a critical tool for above ceiling installation to be ready as soon as steel construction was complete. In an effort to reduce the cost of the fire suppression system, a shared fire pump house was designed and built to accommodate the needs of both hangars.
