Phase I will be a six-story, mixed-use development will provide 180,000 sf of state-of-the-art office, retail and residential space and a parking garage. 

Features and Facts

The project is being constructed within a highly congested development. Our project team is meticulously coordinating construction to minimize impact to the neighboring facilities, including a full-service hospital, pediatric hospital, medical office buildings and retail.

Flow Scheduling is being utilized to break the project into similarly-sized areas and determine the best sequences; this promotes a safer work environment and can accelerate the project schedule.
