Description

60,000 sf renovation of an existing office building to accommodate a new advanced manufacturing teaching space for Miami University and Butler Tech students. Final space includes lab spaces of various configurations, classrooms, offices, huddle rooms, common areas, and support/circulation spaces. The renovation includes interior demolition, new and updated MEP systems, and fire systems.

Features

  • Messer worked with the architect to develop detailed logistics plans to keep the project on schedule for students to attend classes.
  • This newly renovated space will serve Miami University Hamilton Campus for Butler Tech’s Mechatronics and Machine labs as well as the Miami University Regionals Engineering Technology programs.
