Description

Castle & Key Distillery found that they were running out of storage space for the barrels of bourbon they were filling every day. While they had the warehouse space available, they needed ricking built inside to store the bourbon barrels. The space fit up 62,000 sf of ricking and created storage for 29,200 bourbon barrels. 

 

 

Features

  • Messer worked with the designer to find an alternative connection that allowed us to lower our cost and get closer to the Owner’s price threshold.
  • This project had over 23,000 sticks of structural size/grade lumber.
