Description

A three-phase housing project involving demolition of 72 existing apartment buildings, construction of 39 new buildings and public roadways to support the development. Includes a pool complex consisting of a wading pool, bath houses, pool equipment room and play area, administrative offices, recreation rooms, a medical exam office, lounge areas and a dining facility.

Features

  • All buildings were constructed with prefabricated wood wall panels with a combination of brick and fiber cement siding.
  • The development is seeking LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND) and Enterprise Green Community certification.
