Description

This is a four-story, 44,000 sf steel-frame residence hall. The hall features micro-lounges on each floor, laundry facilities and a coffee bar.

Flow Scheduling helped maximize efficiency, subcontractor performance and safety.
The team worked diligently to minimize disruption and ensure student safety while working in the heart of an active college campus.
