Description

This 10,773 sf addition to the existing steel frame hangar features a toolbox storage room, locker room and truck access around the building. It includes new roofing, sprinklers, steel bar joints and steel deck framing. This project also features a renovation of the existing office space, as well as a 576 sf second floor addition that will be used as a training room. A new entry to the facility was also added to ensure quick maintenance access.

  • Situated on a fully operational airfield, Messer coordinated extensively with the airport to ensure no disruptions to daily operations.
  • Messer also utilized Lean management tools to track subcontractor progress and finish the project on schedule.
