Description

Cincinnati Belting & Transmission began nearly a century ago with brand names in automation, electrical, mechanical power, transmission and belting products. This new office and warehouse consolidates employees into one building. This is a 45,000 sf of office and 55,000 sf distribution/warehouse for transmission parts and includes counter sales.

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) enabled our team to virtually model the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems prior to construction increasing the reliability of the construction schedule.
