Features

  • Associated General Contractors "Build America" award winner.
  • We used innovative methods, such as design-assist for key subcontractors and Building Information Modeling (BIM), to increase the efficiency of our design and construction team. Using these tools together enabled the entire team - Messer, designer, engineers and subcontractors - to work from the same 3D model which eliminated rework, reduced cost and increased the reliability of the schedule.
  • Amid this project, Cincinnati Children's Liberty campus included a vertical addition to the existing facility - also completed by Messer. We coordinated extensively with the owner and project team to ensure construction activities did not impact owner operations.
