Description

This project encompassed 54,000 sf of new construction and a 5,200 sf renovation that includes a 580-seat theatre, expanded lobby, restroom facilities and upgraded finishes.

Features

  • All construction activities of the new theatre occured while the existing theatre remained open and fully operational.
  • Construction on this project took place on a hillside in historic Eden Park, which is one of the most visited parks in Cincinnati. Our team worked closely with Playhouse in the Park and the City of Cincinnati to ensure the safety of all visitors, staff and construction workers.
