- This is a Net Zero Energy facility: the building produces more energy than it consumes.
- During preconstruction our team created a plan to use precast panels rather than masonry. This maintained the aesthetics of the building while reducing both cost and schedule.
- 2017 Design-Build Institute of America National Award of Merit Federal/State/County Municipal Category and National Award of Excellence.
- 2017 National ASHRAE Technology Award Commercial Buildings New Category.
- LEED Platinum Certified.
