Description

Messer's understanding of the project and ability to complete projects safely and efficiently on occupied campuses enabled us to deliver added value on bid day and to lead the construction. The project includes a Center for the Arts, Grand Foyer, Main Hall, Flex Theatre, Special Events Room and a Recital Hall.

Features

  • Grand Foyer has 1,800 hand-blown glass spheres in 15 chandeliers.
  • Excessive rainfall (one foot more than average) and $1 million in scope changes would normally cause project delayse, but use of Lean Construction tools enabled Messer to deliver this project on time.
