Description

Cook Regentec is a world renowned biotechnology company dedicated to the development of research and clinical tools for regenerative medicine therapies. This project involved a 20,000 sf renovation of an existing warehouse into class-A office space, including upgrades to the building envelope and reconfiguration of the existing site to provide additional parking and security for employees and visitors.

 

Features

  • Integrated Project Delivery methodology allowed for a collaborative cross functional team with shared vision.
  • The facility remained fully dried-in throughout all phasing, building envelope and site construction.
  • Coordinated extensively to ensure the safety of all Cook Regentec stakeholders, while minimizing disruption to daily operation.
  • Flow Scheduling reduced increments of work for our field crews by coupling activities together to improve performance and enhance project schedule.
