Description

Located in the Cincinnati Innovation District, the first phase of Digital Futures is a six-story, mixed-use development that includes 180,000 square feet of research labs, conference rooms, classrooms, huddle rooms, event space, and a high-bay space that supports the testing and operation of robotics, drones and autonomous vehicles. The University of Cincinnati occupies the building to conduct interdisciplinary and applied research.

Features

  • In April 2023, Digital Futures was named Commercial Development of the Year in Cincinnati as part of CoStar's Impact Awards.
  • The project was constructed within a highly congested development. Our project team meticulously coordinated construction to minimize impact to the neighboring facilities, including a full-service hospital, pediatric hospital, medical office buildings and retail.
  • Flow Scheduling was utilized to break the project into similarly-sized areas and determine the best sequences; this promotes a safer work environment and can accelerate the project schedule.
