Description

This project included a 20,000 sf pre-engineered metal building training center with office space, classrooms and three laboratories. It also includes a one acre simulator yard with a fire pit used for training purposes.

Features

  • One laboratory houses more than 30 pieces of antique and new gas-fueled appliances for demonstration.
  • Messer’s cost expertise enabled the project to achieve significant savings which were used to build a more sophisticated simulator yard.
  • The project was completed with zero incidents or injuries for all subcontractors and craftworkers, a testament to Messer’s Zero Injury culture.
  • The team achieved 21% minority-and women-owned business enterprise (M/WBE) participation.
