Description

This 190,000 sf facility includes seven pharmaceutical packaging lines, clean rooms, a quality/material testing lab, 22,000 CPM dust collector, and ISP water system and parts warehouse. Extensive site work includes new surface parking lots, pond with a fountain, rammed aggregate piers, and soil stabilization.

 

Features

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) helped the project team coordinate the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and enabled time and cost savings.
  • The team also participated in detailed value analysis exercises to ensure Forest Pharmaceuticals received the best value during construction and through the life of the facility.
