Description

Hancock Regional Health sought to build the Phase I Clinic, a north-south gateway, as a part of an ongoing effort to establish their presence in the rapidly growing community of Hancock County. This two-story, 43,000 sf medical office building includes a general practice office, radiology, exam rooms, and lab and assembly space for staff meetings. The facility offers MRI, CT, ultrasound and mammogram services.

Features

  • Flow Scheduling was utilized to reduce increments of work for our field crews by coupling activities together to improve performance and accelerate schedule, while mitigating prior weather constraints.
  • During the harsh winter months, Building Information Modeling (BIM) enabled our team to prefabricate the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in an on-site facility prior to installation, ultimately reducing cost and ensuring the reliability of the construction schedule.
