Description

The project will include a 120,000 sf renovation of three historic residence halls.

Features

  • Messer is utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to model MEP systems that did not exist at the time these buildings were originally built. This allows the project team catch any issues before they occur.
  • Designed to seek LEED Gold Certification.
