Description

The new 45,000 sf volleyball/wrestling arena will increase IU's ability to recruit and train high-level student athletes. It provides an intensified game experience for athletes, coaches, fans, and campus faculty with a capacity for 3,000 people including both fixed and bleacher type seating.

 

 

Features

  • Messer coordinated extensively with the University to effectively minimize disruption, ensure student safety, and maintain access to campus events and classes.
  • By utilizing Lean management tools, Messer was able to track subcontractor progress and make certain that the project's accelerated schedule was met.

This was a special project,

[Wilkinson Hall] as it will significantly improve the venue where IU's volleyball and wrestling activities will occur. Upgraded facilities and technology will allow IU to continue to attract student athletes and provide a state-of-the-art facility to compete."
