Description

This is a 500,000 sf, five-level expansion to an existing airport garage. This renovation adds 1,400+ parking spaces for rental car customers and passengers. It also features a solar canopy that spans across the entire addition to protect cars on the fifth level while producing clean energy. Additionally, it includes electric vehicle (EV) charging ports.

  • The existing garage remained operational for the duration of the expansion project.
  • Project coordination included plans to reroute commercial and tenant traffic throughout construction.
  • American Concrete Institute (Indiana Chapter) 2024 Transportation 2 Award Winner.
