Description

This is a 9,580 sf renovation of an abandoned medical facility into a full-service emergency department, including radiology services and a lab. Additional space was added to the existing building to provide non-emergency clinical space.

Features

  • Material lead time challenges were present during preconstruction and construction. Messer provided alternate material recommendations/procurement to keep the project moving forward.
  • Messer was able to coordinate new complex and critical MEP systems to the older facility during the renovation.
