Description

Originally built in 1977, the Bricker Federal Building occupies two-thirds of a city block in downtown Columbus and is bound by public streets on all sides. Renovations encompassed seven stories and 26,000 sf. Upgrades were made to HVAC and modifications were made to power distribution. A new energy management system was also installed.
