Description

Emerge Manufacturing wanted to expand its’ operations in order to produce more USA-made PPE post-pandemic. Their 50,000 sf medical PPE manufacturing facility expansion included ISO-8 cleanroom, office space, production lines and training areas for professionals to provide healthcare related training for the community.

  • This building is a pre-cast concrete combination of office spaceand manufacturing facilities, requiring coordination from the Messer team to create an effective management plan.
  • Messer Craftforce self performed $1.6 million worth of work on this project.
  • Due to our commitment to diversity and economic inclusion, Messer achieved 25% MBE and 4% WBE participation.
  • Messer’s Value Engineering was used during this project to lower the cost and to stay on track within the accelerated schedule of the build.
