Description

This five-story, 368,500 sf office building has a precast and curtainwall facade and structural steel frame with two wings connected by a common area. It also includes a fitness center. Mercy consolidated their administrative operations with more than 1,000 workers being housed in the new headquarters to increase efficiency and collaboration.

 

Features

  • The building features open workspaces that allow exposure to natural light and flexibility as needs change over time.
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) enabled our team to virtually model the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems prior to construction, ultimately reducing cost and increasing the reliability of the construction schedule.
  • We partnered with Jostin Construction, a minority-owned firm, to complete this project.
