Description

This renovation of two residence halls totals up to 127,000 sf. The project included upgrading all MEP systems, as well as updating and adding study rooms, lounge areas, laundry facilities, restrooms and lobby areas.

 

 

Features

  • Throughout construction, the building remained fully operational. The Messer team worked extensively with Miami’s staff to ensure the safety of students, staff and guests was maintained at all times.
  • To achieve the project's tight schedule, Messer utilized Lean Construction techniques such as Reverse Phase Scheduling. The team worked closely with key subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • LEED Gold Certified.
