Description

Michelman’s Cincinnati campus is home to their global headquarters. This project included an 18,000 sf laboratory addition and 40,000 sf renovation in their warehouse and global headquarters.

 

Features

  • This facility remained fully-operational throughout all phases of construction.
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) enabled our team to virtually model the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems prior to construction, ultimately reducing cost and increasing the reliability of the construction schedule.
