Description

The Nationwide Arena District sits on 75-acres downtown and is home to more than 1.5 million sf of office space, restaurants and entertainment venues. Parks Edge is part of the master plan for the residential piece of the Arena District. This project is a core and shell for a 12-story condominium building core and shell and a five-level parking garage. The project also includes a pool and spa on the top floor.

Features

  • Latista utilized on this project allowed electronic access to all drawings, which is important as units are being revised as they're sold and information is available to all.
  • 3D coordination allows work to be coordinated in tight ceiling spaces.
  • The project financial model was very tight.
  • Working to an acceptable budget was extremely important and time consuming.
