1,520 sf, 2-story renovation of apartment-style living units. Includes replacement of windows and increased cabinet layout of each kitchen.

Features

  • Limited working space in the apartments required extra coordination to maintain our Flow Schedule and provide adequate time for subcontractors to complete their work.
  • Messer was required to adjust work hours to minimize the impact to student life as the building was occupied full-time.
