Description

Adjacent to the client's main production facility, this 28,000 sf warehouse provides a dedicated storage space for all paper materials needed for production, which alleviated the need for a leased storage space.

 

 

 

Features

  • An open floor plan with storage space to house a racking system for paper storage. 
  • Despite record-setting rainfall during construction, Messer worked hand-in-hand with the owner to effectively minimize the weather’s impact on the project schedule.
  • Situated in tight market conditions, it was a challenge to obtain a permit for the metal structure as well as labor resources. Messer countered these obstacles through extensive collaboration with all parties, ensuring a successful project completion.
