Description

This project includes a 14,630 sf retail facility with a 2,000 sf Adult Day Support Center with full kitchen and conference room. It also includes associated parking lot and detention pond. 

Features

  • Using Lean Construction tools allowed the project to finish ahead of schedule and with zero safety accidents for Messer or subcontractors.
  • 25,500 cubic yard of dirt was imported to build up the site.
