As a national leader in the Federal/Military market, Rolls-Royce sought to increase production capacity while consolidating their existing outdated facility footprint.

  • All construction activities took place under stringent security constraints with a production/utility tie-in schedule.
  • Despite additional scope, Messer was still able to provide Rolls Royce valuable cost savings without compromising its vision.
