Description

This project includes a three-story, 118,000 sf ambulatory care center, 10,500 sf emergency department, imaging services, women’s services, physical rehabilitation, dialysis, cardiac testing, wound care, private medical offices, additional outpatient services and an MRI.

 

 

Features

  • Using Lean Scheduling enabled the project team to coordinate a very complex series of renovations around an existing clinic with some active construction taking place only inches from patients. 
  • Using a prefabricated modular shielding system for the linear accelerator vault allowed us to save eight weeks on the schedule.
  • The 4,000 sf addition was built at the hospital’s main entrance.
