Description

Deerfield Township is an up-and-coming area in Greater Cincinnati. With an increasing number of people being attracted to this growing community, the owner saw an opportunity to fulfill the need for new housing in Deerfield. There are five buildings that encompass 294,000 sf living space and 6,000 sf amenities space. This includes multiple four-story apartment buildings, clubhouse, amenities space and underground parking as well as a residential parking garage for 70+ cars.
