Description

Clifton Court Hall is home to several departments within the College of Arts & Sciences. It is a 185,000 sf steel structure classroom building with 24 classrooms, 230 faculty and staff offices, and shared space for interdisciplinary programs. It features a large centralized open atrium highlighted with custom stairs and gates.

Features

  • This project received a NAIOP Cincinnati Design of the Year Award.
  • This was a prominent job site on UC’s campus surrounded by academic buildings and city streets. Messer worked diligently to ensure the safety of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
  • Flow Scheduling divides the project into similarly sized areas for optimal work sequences. Flow will accelerate the project schedule and ensure a safer work environment.
  • The building is designed to meet LEED Silver standards.
