Description

This 111,000 sf residence hall incorporates eight levels of student housing, one level of administrative offices, and one level of kitchen/dining facilities. The project also includes exterior envelope, roofing, elevators, interior finishes, food service equipment, mechanical, plumbing, electric, fire alarm, teledata, CCTV, access control, fire protection systems and site improvements.

 

 

Features

  • The residence hall was constructed while the adjacent building remained occupied.
  • The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) enabled our team to virtually model the facility’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems prior to construction, ultimately reducing cost and increasing the reliability of the construction schedule.
  • LEED Silver certified.
